Shipping Times and Delivery

• All my orders are usually dispatched within 5-7 business days.
• If I anticipate any delays, I reach out to the buyer directly, through the email provided with the order.
• Due to the ongoing COVID-19 Global pandemic, processing and shipping times vary greatly from one area to another and are dependent on the mail carrier service of the buyer’s country. Seasonal variations are also out of my control.
• I use a shipping partner to package my paintings and have decided to go that route because of space constraints and in the hope that they have the skills I do not to pack my paintings professionally and securely.  I package prints and smaller paintings myself.  I take care to make sure each item gets to you safely and securely and in the same condition, it left my possession.
• I send ALL my orders with a tracking number, which is sent out to the buyer as soon as the item ships out. It ensures safety and trackability till the package reaches its destination.
• Shipping costs to the United States and Canada are included in the advertised cost of each item on my site.  I ship only to the United States and Canada unless you contact me to make arrangements. If you are local to the Detroit metro area and would like to arrange pick up from my home or office, please email me at info@brilliantbluejay.com and I will arrange a discount on your purchase.  
• Customs and import taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs. The customs are charged by the buyer’s country and I have no way of knowing or predicting any customs charges that may apply.
• I track each order till it gets to its destination safely, and if I notice any delays or problems, I will contact the buyer with the details.
• The information you provide at checkout is completely safe. I DO NOT share any of the buyer information on any platform. I only use it to communicate with the buyer directly, regarding their order.
• I do not send out unsolicited email marketing unless you opt-in through my email subscription
